Damaged or Defective Goods

Note:

Due to State Health Regulations laws, general medicines and prescriptions including any preparation that is taken orally cannot be returned or refunded. Once the product has left the pharmacy, the storage conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed and also it is possible the product could be tampered with.

Returns or refunds of “Special Orders” will not be accepted, wholesale purchases or purchases of items in greater than average consumer quantities.

Returns

If an item is faulty, has been damaged in transit, does not match the purpose described or is not as described in the product description, or the product has been sent to you incorrectly then the following process must be followed:

  1. Email admin@pharmacyselectonline.com.au within 10 days and describe the reason for the refund
  2. Our Customer Service Staff will contact you and provide a RA (Return Authorisation) number which will be used to process the return.
  3. We will advise as to the method of posting back the goods including the packaging and provide Reply Paid details and tracking information for you to use to securely return the goods
  4. The refund will be processed upon the goods arriving back undamaged

Refund

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 48 hours (business). The refund will be in the same format as the payment method.
