Damaged or Defective Goods
Due to State Health Regulations laws, general medicines and prescriptions including any preparation that is taken orally cannot be returned or refunded. Once the product has left the pharmacy, the storage conditions of the product cannot be guaranteed and also it is possible the product could be tampered with.
Returns or refunds of “Special Orders” will not be accepted, wholesale purchases or purchases of items in greater than average consumer quantities.
If an item is faulty, has been damaged in transit, does not match the purpose described or is not as described in the product description, or the product has been sent to you incorrectly then the following process must be followed:
Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 48 hours (business). The refund will be in the same format as the payment method.
